Nederlands OVpay is coming
OVpay is coming closer with every day that passes. We’re be taking into account what we’ve learned from the OV-chipkaart over the last 16 years. Additionally, we'll be looking at what other countries are doing. For example, in London they’ve already launched contactless check-in and check-out with debit cards. We can learn a lot from them!
What to expect?
- we'll do several tests and trials with the new ways to check in and out on several locations. What goes well? What can be improved?
- The results will show us what we need to change and adjust in the future.
We will start rolling things out nationally once we're certain that everything works perfectly. This is how we make sure that we can keep adding places where you can check in and check out the way you want.
